Pinellas Park was laid out on a grid and filled in fast between the fifties and the seventies. Off Park Boulevard and 49th Street it is street after street of single story concrete block ranch homes, with mobile home communities and small industrial lots along US 19. The bones are usually good, and the finishes have had fifty years of Florida on them.
